CCO commences with a luxury vintage champagne / wine tasting and gourmet
tasting dinner. CCO work with Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton
to host the evening - and it would normally have the following
format / agenda:
---- PRIVATE EVENT FORMAT ----
Vintage
champagne reception: guests are greeted and hosted with Dom Perignon
and/or Krug vintage champagnes.
A
sommelier or guest speaker is on hand to introduce the vintage champagnes
/ fine wines and
to talk through the tasting
Gourmet
dinner: guests are seated for ither a tasting dinner (eg. 7 small
courses) or 4 course dinner.
Each
course complemented by a different champagne or sparkling wine (or
perhaps fine red wine) for tasting - and the sommelier is on hand to
introduce and discuss.
Corporate or Industry themes are an option: 2 key topics are introduced for
discussion relevant to the audience - and to the sponsor.
Champagne challenge: in between courses we form 2 or 3 teams amongst
the attendees to attempt blind tastings / answer questions on champagne or wine during
the breaks. This introduces the element of
competition and maximises interaction and relationship development.
The
winning team is provided with a final blind tasting to identify the
ultimate Chief Champagne Officer amongst them.
Maximum
networking / relationship development is also an option: half-way through the dinner
hosts ma change seats to ensure that your people get to meet everyone
in the room individually and build the appropriate level of
relationship
